2-year warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our items. In order to profit from this warranty you have to have bought your PAUL MARIUS items on our website www.paulmarius.fr, in one of our official Paul Marius stores or through a certified stockist.

Our warranty applies to products that have been used in normal conditions and according to their purpose.

This warranty covers material and confection defects, but does not apply to wear and tear.

Loss of warranty

All items that have been altered, other than those done by our repair department, automatically lose their warranty.

Our warranty is provided by our Customer Relations team. If one of your PAUL MARIUS items needs a repair, you can get in touch with them :

Opening hours:

Monday to Thursday: from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30 to 5:30pm

Friday: from 9:00am to 12:00pm

For your request to be approved quicker, please do not multiply your calls or emails.

If you get in touch by email, please include as much details as possible. Including good quality photos. This will help our team process your request and find the best solution for you.

We reserve the right to refuse to make repairs if it is found that the product has been used or maintained inappropriately. If the items has suffered accidental damage or if the product has normal wear and tear.
