Returns

PAUL MARIUS accepts a return for refund within 30 working days from the date of delivery (delivery date sent by the carrier). 

Return conditions

 

For bags and other leather goods:

  • Returned items must be in the same state as received. This means items must not have been used and still bear their original tags.
  • Straps should be in their protective pouches and placed inside the bag.
  • If the item(s) sent back show(s) traces of use, it will be sent back to the buyer at its expense.

For sneakers:

  • These must not have been worn
  • Sneakers must be sent back in their original box, bear its original laces with the security tag. If not, your refund request will not be approved.
  • Shipping costs for returned sneakers are at the buyer's expense.

Keep in mind: If you are returning your whole order, and a free gift was included, this item must also be returned.

 

Return Guidelines

 

  • Return costs are at the expense of the buyer.
  • Your return must be sent via a carrier in a box.
  • You cannot return an item bought on our website www.paulmarius.fr in store.

 

Return & Refund Request

 

To proceed a refund, go to your customer account “My Account” then into the “My orders” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Do a delivery return”.

Then select the products to return and the return type: “Refund”.

You must accept the conditions of return and register your application. A summary e-mail will be sent with a return number and address. This return number must be indicated on your return package.

 

If you need to request a return for a damaged item, we invite you to get in touch with our Customer Relations Service at relationclient @ paulmarius.fr. In order to process your request quicker and find the best solution to your problem, please include good quality photos and as much detail as possible in your message.

 

For all return requests, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a return number and address. The return number must be indicated on the parcel.

 

Please note:

 

  • Items sent back before placing a return request and before being approved by our team will not be processed.
  • Our return address is not open to the public. No parcel can be handed in personally.
  • The refund will be made after receipt and confirmation of the return.
  • The process of refund takes approximately 7 working days.
  • The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the buyer (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

For all returns subject to the PAUL MARIUS warranty, we invite your to get in touch with our Customer Relations Service at relationclient @ paulmarius.fr. We recommend adding good quality photos to your e-mail in order to help our team find the best solution to your issue.
