Returns

All orders placed between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 may be returned free of charge (subject to eligibility conditions) for a refund until 31 January 2026.

PAUL MARIUS accepts returns of your order for a refund within 30 working days from the date of delivery of your order. Returns are free for eligible orders.

Eligibility conditions for free returns

Free returns apply only to orders placed on one of our PAUL MARIUS e-commerce sites, shipped via Colissimo France or European Union, that have not already been returned at your expense.

Orders that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for free returns.

European Union countries eligible for free returns :

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding specific territories), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding specific territories), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding specific territories), Sweden, and the Republic of Ireland.

Non-eligible countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus :

Orders shipped to a non-eligible country or outside the Colissimo France/EU zone are not eligible for free returns.

Return conditions

 

In the case of returning a bag or other accessory :

The returned product must be in new condition, identical to when it was unpacked, and must include all its labels.
The product must also be returned in the same condition as when it was received: the shoulder strap must be carefully stored inside the bag and the bag must be packed in its protective bag.
If the returned product shows signs of use, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

In the case of a return of trainers :

These must not have been worn.
They must be returned in the original shoe box, and include the laces and the security tag attached to the laces. Otherwise, the return will be refused.
Returns are free for eligible orders.

Special conditions :

We only cover one return per order. If you wish to make further returns on the same order, these will be at your expense.

 

Please note: if you wish to return your entire order, for which you received a free item, this item must be returned with the order.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Return requests can only be made via your customer account.

  • Returns are free of charge for eligible orders.

  • Returns must be made using the prepaid label provided in your parcel.

  • It is not possible to obtain a refund in store for an order placed on the website www.paulmarius.com.


Return & Refund Request

 

To request a return, go to your customer account ‘My Account’, then to the ‘My Orders’ tab. Select the order concerned and click on “Return”. Then click on the item(s) you wish to return. For each item, enter the quantity, the reason, the condition of the item and then ‘refund’ for the return to be processed.

If you are returning a damaged product, please send your request to our Customer Service Department using our contact form. To help our teams find the best solution to your dispute, please include as many details as possible in your request, along with good-quality photos.

For all return requests, a summary email will be sent to you with your return number. Your parcel must be returned using the prepaid Colissimo label provided, and you must write your return number on it by hand.


Please note :

  • Parcels sent before our teams have validated the return request will not be accepted.
  • The return address is not open to the public. No hand-delivered items will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued after receipt and approval of the return.
  • The refund processing time is 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
